Verdicchio di Matelica is a family tradition from Marani: Sergio Marani likes to say that he was born in the vineyards, and he breathed the passion for wine from an early age. The same passion also transmitted to the sons Matteo and Luca, graduates in oenology, who have constantly enhanced the family heritage, bringing the necessary attention to the vineyards and cellars, with the aim of obtaining optimal quality with the utmost respect for the environment.

The vineyards are located on the crest of a hill and present a great variety of micro-exposures, which favor the character of the wines: fruit, salinity, full fragrance and notes of anise typical of Verdicchio di Matelica, a small appellation that deserves to be discovery, starting with small companies like Marani.
