Beyond Pavese - From the Classic Method to the Blood of Judah

Oltrepò Pavese is a wine-growing area which, together with the Franciacorta and Trento DOC areas, is of particular importance for what concerns the production of noble Italian bubbles , counted under the prestigious DOCG Oltrepò Pavese Metodo Classico. We are in that geographical area which ideally surrounds the city of Pavia and its province, where various native and international vines are grown, both white and red. Among these, it is above all Pinot Noir to play the part of the standard bearer of the territory : a grape that is difficult to "tame", but which once understood and interpreted can give infinite satisfactions both to those who produce it and to those lucky enough to enjoy it.

Many and different are the production realities that settle within this terroir and that engage themselves, as well as with the creation of great sparkling wines to be dedicated to the most important toasts, also with red wines of personality and character based on Croatina , produced under the DOC Buttafuoco and Sangue di Giuda , one of structure, the other sparkling sweet.
