Franciacorta DOCG Rosé Demi Sec Montina
The Spumante Franciacorta Rosé Demi Sec is born in the vineyards of Tenute La Montina, located between Lake Iseo and the morainic amphitheater of Franciacorta, in the province of Brescia.
It is produced with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, harvested exclusively by hand. This Demi-Sec is the result of two different presses: the first, gently with the vertical marmonier press, the second with classic bladder presses. Subsequently, the wine ages in the bottle for at least 24 months on the lees.

It is produced from Manzoni Moscato grapes (a cross between Raboso Piave and Moscato d'Amburgo), harvested towards the last week of September. The de-stemming and maceration of the skins with the must take place cold for about 2 days.
