Among the wineries of Franciacorta, Uberti has long carved out an important role thanks to the excellent quality of its labels and a style of great personality, linked to prestigious cuvées made with long aging on the lees. It is one of the historical realities of the Franciacorta territory. The original nucleus of the company dates back to 1793, when a farmhouse with some vineyards was purchased in Salem in Erbusco. The development of the company in the direction of sparkling wine began in the late 70s. It is in those decades that Franciacorta begins its transformation, which will quickly bring it to the top of the production of the Italian Classic Method . Today the company can count on a vineyard park of 26 hectares, cultivated in the area of the gentle hills of the moraine amphitheater, which was formed by an ancient alpine glacier. The vineyards are located in the municipal areas of Erbusco, Adro and Calino and are divided into various parcels, chosen among the most suitable for exposure and microclimate. The soils are very draining, characterized by soils rich in pebbles and precious mineral substances.

All the vineyards are managed under Certified Organic agriculture, in full respect of nature and environmental biodiversity. An approach that allows you to produce wines that are a faithful and authentic expression of the terroir. The grapes of each vineyard are vinified separately, so that you can have the maximum choice when creating the final assemblies, before the draft and refermentation in the bottle. The range of labels is quite wide. The Francesco I line, made up of Brut, Extra-Brut and Rosé Brut, made with a refinement of 30 months sur lattes, is flanked by some labels of particular value, which are positioned at the absolute top of the territory: the Franciacorta Brut Satèn Magnificentia , one harmonious and elegant pure chardonnay aged for 40 months on the lees; the Franciacorta Extra-Brut Comarì del Salem , a cuvée that comes from a single historic vineyard over 50 years old, made up of Chardonnay (80%) and Pinot Blanc (20%). The base wines mature partly in wood and the refinement of 60 months gives a mature, complex and evolved bouquet; Franciacorta Riserva Dosaggio Zero Sublimis is a pure chardonnay made with the grapes of a single Calino vineyard, which has always given clusters of particular richness and elegance. It is a Pas Dosé that rests for 72 months sur lattes before the dégorgement and has a deep intense and refined sip. We close with two very particular labels, two multimillion cuvées made with the best vins clairs of 5 and 10 vintages. The Franciacorta Extra-Brut Quinque and the Franciacorta Extra-Brut DeQuinque are two bottles for connoisseurs, with long refinements and an complexity and aromatic richness out of the ordinary.
