Castagner distillates were born to excite the consumer. Through continuous research, attention to detail and the ambition to always do better, the Castagner family has been able to achieve excellence, creating a range dedicated to the most refined connoisseurs.
The protagonists of the range are the grappas of the Fuoriclasse Leon line, where the refinement in precious woods allows to obtain reserves from 3 to 20 years able to compete with the best distillates in the world. Examples are the Grappa Riserva 3 Years Fuoriclasse Leon Castagner and the Grappa Riserva 7 Years Fuoriclasse Leon Castagner, which ages for at least 7 years in small oak and cherry barriques. Here the nose is marked by fruity and spicy aromas, as well as notes of vanilla, cocoa and wood. On the palate it is robust and balanced, complex.
Both are excellent at the end of a meal, they are served at room temperature smooth or as an accompaniment to dark chocolate.
We cannot fail to mention the Grappa Riserva Amarone Fuoriclasse Leon Castagner, made from the pomace of Valpolicella grapes, left to dry for over 100 days before being vinified; Grappa Riserva Aged in Cherry Barriques Castagner, which ages in cherry-only barriques for over 18 months and Grappa Bianca Prosecco Ice Castagner, from Glera grape pomace, the grape from which Prosecco is produced, soft, fine and velvety. Excellent at the end of a meal, to be served ice cold.
