Franciacorta DOCG Dosage Zéro Rosé Millesimato 2020 Bellavista

Bellavista's Franciacorta Rosé Millesimato is made from vineyards located in the heart of the Franciacorta DOCG region. A rare label, it is produced in extremely limited quantities; it represents a refined and elegant cuvée, obtained from a balanced blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

The winemaking process follows a rigorous selection of base wines, with over 30 batches evaluated each year, some of which mature in small white oak barrels. Approximately 38% of the wine is aged in barrels and 52% in stainless steel, ensuring a perfect balance between structure and freshness. The wine ages on the lees in the bottle for several years, allowing it to develop complexity and depth while maintaining a remarkable liveliness.

It features a pale pink color that fades to dusty pink with age, exuberant foam, and a very fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with a broad and refined bouquet: small red fruits, rose, pomegranate, and white peach blend with hints of citrus, sweet spices, incense, and tropical fruit. On the palate, it is upright, fresh, and fragrant, with a very fine texture and an impeccable balance between tension and elegance. The finish is long, harmonious, and mineral, with highly precise fruity and floral aftertaste.

Perfect paired with raw fish, tuna tartare or shellfish dishes, enhancing its freshness and refinement to the full.
